Online Customer Service Representative Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will provide exceptional customer support and educate customers about our products while building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the customer service industry and be proficient in Microsoft OS and Office 365. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, and instant message.
- Assist customers with queries about order-related issues, product information, and our reward program. (E.g., Handle customer requests for refunds, returns, exchanges, etc.)
- Help customers navigate our website and provide support for completing orders, account activation, customer profile editing, and much more.
- Educate customers about our products and make product recommendations while following FDA guidelines.
- Keep records of customer inquiries and shipping insurance claims for USPS and UPS using Excel spreadsheets.
- Communicate inventory and shipping issues to relevant departments while providing viable solutions to customers.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to building long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office 365.
- Computer competency: the ability to enter data, search the Internet, and manage emails.
